OUR STORY
We purchased our first Old English Sheepdog in 2016 and fell in love with this breed. As a breed that has decreased in popularity, we feel that the world is missing out on the wonderful comedy and companionship the "Shaggy Dog" offers. Known for its goofy behavior, strong intellect, and leadership skills, the OES can make a wonderful family dog.
That said, because of these qualities, stubbornness can also play into their personality. Rambunctious play habits and 'objecting' to a command are cute at 15 lbs., but can become dangerous when the dog reaches its full weight of 70+ lbs. Like a toddler who must learn good manners and how to interact with other humans, we firmly believe K-9 training is an absolute necessity to setting a puppy up for success. If we expect them to live in our world, in our home, and amongst our humans, we must TEACH them how to interact appropriately. It's unfair to expect them to know how to behave if the time hasn't been taken to instruct them. Therefore, we invest the training into them before they come home to you and build it into their price. Though the total purchase price may seem expensive, as breeders, we take less in order to build something of lifetime value into every pup - Basic Obedience training with lifetime question support.

Our CKC registered parent dogs have been DNA and hip-tested. They are fed a high-quality diet and are pets first. Our primary objective is not to just produce puppies, but rather to produce lifetime companions that are healthy, well-adjusted, and on their way to become exemplary Canine Citizens. We are passionate about our puppies having lifetime homes and forever families. We love to stay connected to our puppy families and witness the dogs' lives through photos and videos.

We do not sell to puppy mills or outdoor breeding facilities and take time to vet buyers. We require a phone call before placing a deposit.
